Return / Exchange Shipping Policy
- Customer is solely responsible for shipping and charges for returned or exchanged products to our Credit Machines address. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include any accessories, power supplies provided. If any component of the returned product is missing, Credit Machines’s Return Procedure will be breached and Credit Machines will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
- Credit Machines will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. Plus, Credit Machines will assess a 30% restocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund, in addition to original shipping charges.
- Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Credit Machines prior to 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.
- Products being exchanged for warrantee must be returned and received 10 business days after replacement product was delivered to your shipping address.
- Non-Returned items for exchanges. Products not returned within 10 business days will be considered an additional product purchase and the full purchase price for the replacement product will be charged to your credit card. Once product has been returned, a credit back for these charges will be generated, less processing fees. Thereafter, any product returned will be processes as described above and an additional charge of 5% will be applied to cover credit card processing fees and administrative costs.
