AIO - It's an all in one. AIO means it
has a built in printer and will processes credit cards and debit cards all in one
terminal. You see, many years ago credit card terminals came in two
pieces - the terminal and the printer separately.
The
t7p is a decent machine, an older model but operates fine.
I would not recommend it today, due to current security standards (PCI). A
better choice would be the 3730LE for example.
For a better terminal that
runs faster and never needs ink, get an Omni 3730le.
It's quiet and takes up very little counter space. It's also a one piece credit card
terminal with a built in thermal printer - it it never needs ink.

Hypercom T7P terminal processes a variety of
non-cash transactions in one integrated
package. Merchants no longer need several
terminals to process and authorize checks,
credit and debit cards, and electronic
benefits transfer (EBT) transactions,
because the T7P does it all. The T7P can be
programmed with TeleCheck Warranty service,
which authorizes checks. As
an added bonus, the Hypercom T7P is made
available with a built-in thermal printer, so no additional
ink is needed.
