so what's the big deal about this Eclipse? The buzz is, this
machine is made to also scan checks as-well-as credit and debit

Now, I'll be truthful with you.
The Eclipse is NOT for everyone. If your business gets a
fair amount of checks as payment, this could be ideal. However,
if you are handed checks once-in-a-blue-moon, I'd recommend
something else.
